Our Philosophy|Capital Christian Ministries International
The fundamental guiding philosophy of Capital Christian Ministries International is based on a plan we call the "SURGE PLAN". This plan defines the dynamic of how we perceive God leading us to establish a ministry that will not be restricted by geographical factors.

The Surge plan, as an acronym, stands for: "Strategically Unified Reinforcement of Global Evangelism."

MULTIFACETED CHRISTIAN MINISTRY
We will use the principle of "Diversification" as we approach the multiplicity of needs among African peoples. In our Christian outreach efforts, we will seek, with the help of the Lord, to recognize the various needs, which are impacting people in Africa, and then find plausible and God affirmed ways of addressing them.

We have acknowledged that the African continent is a mosaic of various ethnic groupings and cultures. Therefore, it cannot and will not be approached from a simplistic modus operandi, which overlooks the diverse needs on the continent of Africa. We are embracing methods and approaches to Christian ministry, which are compatible with the prevailing circumstances of the people we are reaching, without diluting or compromising the substance of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

STRATEGICALLY
Definition: Strategy means - "The science of planning and directing military operations."
As the Lord has specifically impressed on our heart to found a ministry that will reach the full extent of the African continent, there's a realization that this is going to be an intense spiritual warfare. We will not take an army of Christian believers to fight the spiritual battle without thoroughly assessing the extent of the challenge before us. Planning is very significant in unleashing the message of Jesus Christ to a world that's not always sympathetic to our confession of faith. Just as the above definition indicates, We will diligently strategize, with the help of the Lord, on how this ministry advances towards the full extent of what God intends to accomplish through us.

"In his heart a person plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps." (Prov. 16:9)

UNIFIED
Definition: "To become united in purpose and attitude."
We're called to establish an "Ethnoplex" ministry. We have derived this compound word from two words, "ethnos" (Greek) * people groups, nations and "plectere" (Latin) * to weave, to twine, a network.

We feel led to trust the Lord to establish a model of Christian unity, among believers and followers of Christ, in spite of the various evangelical affiliations, that will advance the cause of Christ as it reflects a mosaic of various cultural and ethnic peoples of the African continent. It's, therefore, our sincere commitment, with the help of God, to bring together a UNIFIED team of ministers who will focus on reaching Africa for Christ with sensitivity and respect for all ethnic and cultural orientations.

In our theory of "Ethnoplex" ministry we are proposing that we should pull the blinders from our spiritual eyes and realize that the church needs to be a catalyst for the integration, under Christ, of the diverse people groups that populate the vast continent of Africa.
