At Capital Christian Ministries International we believe in Multiple Staffing or Body Ministry. No single person can achieve a great vision like ours. Because of this we always pray that God brings to us right people to work with.
This model has been established at our headquarters in Zambia, so it is being done here in South Africa, and shall be the pattern in all the other foreign mission bases of CCMI in Africa. To start with here at CCWC - Pretoria we have a staff of three people.

| National Director (Senior Pastor) |
 Pastor Kenneth Mwale is the National Director for the South African mission. He oversees all the operations of CCMI in South Africa and is the Senior Pastor of Capital Christian Worship Centre in Pretoria.
Pastor Ken holds a Bachelors degree in Ministry from the Commonwealth Open University (Pretoria-South Africa), A Diploma in Missions and Church planting from Christian Vocation Training Centre in Lusaka, Zambia. He also holds a Diploma in Management studies from College of Professional Management in England. He has been in full time ministry work for 7 years.

 Mrs. Rabecca Mwale is currently serving as Business Administrator for CCWC-Pretoria. She has earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Copperbelt University in Kitwe, Zambia.

| Associate Pastor |
 Pastor Humphrey Mkandawire is an Associate Pastor. He assists in a lot of the day to day Pastoral activities of Capital Christian Worship Centre. Pastor Humphrey is completing a Bachelor of theology degree at Calvary University through Christian Life Training in Pretoria, South Africa.

Christian Life Care (CLC) Groups
We currently have two Christian life Care groups, which are our home cell-groups. One CLC Group meets every Wednesday at the Senior Pastor's home located at 35 Silver Oaks, Wren Street, Lyttelton - Centurion, Pretoria and the other CLC Group meets every Thursday at 81A Unie Street, Lyttelton - Centurion, Pretoria. The meetings are held at 18:30 Hours (6:30 PM)
Staff Meetings
Every Wednesday we have a staff meeting from 10 A.M. In this meeting we plan for the daily operations of CCMI and we review our Sunday services to fine tune our services.
Leadership Fellowship
Once every month we meet as a leadership to plan and sharpen our focus. All departmental leaders and the staff of CCWC attend this meeting. After our planning and reviews we have a meal together to consolidate our unity.
